These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bmy77 ("bmy77", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bmy77 online gaming platform located at https://bmy77.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation

3.1.2. You may only register one (1) account on bmy77. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose of abusing promotions, bonuses, or gaming rules are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account termination and may constitute a violation of Philippine law.

3.2. Account Security

3.2.1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2.2. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. You agree to immediately notify bmy77 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email.

3.2.3. bmy77 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. bmy77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

3.3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.3.1. In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulatory requirements, bmy77 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be required at any time at bmy77's discretion, including but not limited to during registration, upon deposit, or in response to unusual account activity.

3.3.2. You agree to provide any documents reasonably requested by bmy77 to verify your identity, age, payment methods, physical address, or source of funds. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1. Deposits

4.1.1. You may deposit funds into your bmy77 account using any of the approved payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine financial institutions.

4.1.2. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. bmy77 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.1.3. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. In rare cases, processing times may be longer due to payment provider delays, bank processing times, or verification requirements.

4.1.4. You represent and warrant that all funds you deposit into your bmy77 account are legally obtained and belong solely to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party or use payment methods that do not belong to you. bmy77 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party sources or suspicious origins.

4.1.5. bmy77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, credit card company) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.2. Withdrawals

4.2.1. You may request a withdrawal of your bmy77 account balance at any time, subject to these Terms, verification requirements, and applicable bonus wagering conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. In cases where this is not feasible, bmy77 may request alternative withdrawal methods.

4.2.2. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements as described in Section 3.3. First-time withdrawals may take longer to process due to mandatory verification checks.

4.2.3. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from a few hours to three (3) business days for most methods. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.2.4. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. bmy77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on account verification level, transaction history, and other risk factors.

4.2.5. bmy77 reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or cancel withdrawals if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account or transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct.

4.3. Inactive Accounts and Dormant Balances

4.3.1. If your bmy77 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or gaming activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, your account will be classified as dormant and may be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 500 per month deducted from your remaining balance until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

4.3.2. bmy77 will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before imposing dormant account fees. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1. Fair Play: All games on bmy77 are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface or upon request from customer support. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by all game-specific rules.

5.6. Void Bets: bmy77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, placed after a game outcome was determined, placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the original stake amount may be returned to the player's account or withheld depending on the circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms: bmy77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by bmy77 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed. 6.3. Bonus Abuse: bmy77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus, associated winnings, or withdrawal if we determine or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without generating genuine gaming activity, or any coordinated bonus exploitation activity with other players.

6.4. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses issued by bmy77 carry an expiry date or time limit as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the specified timeframe will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.

6.5. Welcome Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player is considered "new" for the purpose of welcome bonus eligibility only if they are registering their first account on bmy77 using a unique name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment method. Players who create additional accounts to claim welcome bonuses again will have all associated accounts suspended and all balances forfeited.

6.6. Right to Withdraw Promotions: bmy77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not apply to bonuses already accepted and in progress by players prior to the effective date of such changes, except where required by law or regulation.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmy77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of any third party without their explicit consent and legal authority to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time, including during KYC verification.
• Using the bmy77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity under Philippine law or applicable international law.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the bmy77 platform, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or bmy77 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bmy77 platform, software, or games. Any player who discovers a bug or vulnerability is obligated to report it to bmy77 immediately and must not exploit it. bmy77 reserves the right to reverse all transactions resulting from exploited bugs and to terminate accounts involved.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2. bmy77's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bmy77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3. bmy77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or free from other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bmy77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the bmy77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bmy77 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2. bmy77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the platform or its content; (b) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make any derivative use of the platform or its content; (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (e) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

10.3. The bmy77 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of bmy77. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of bmy77.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1. Termination by Player: You may close your bmy77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements or other deductions as specified in these Terms) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

11.2. Termination by bmy77: bmy77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law, regulation, or regulatory authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) you have provided false information during registration or verification; or (e) your account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

11.3. Consequences of Termination: Upon account termination for cause, bmy77 may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining account balance, void any pending withdrawals, and cancel any active bonuses or promotions. bmy77 will provide written notice of termination for cause where reasonably practicable, detailing the grounds for the decision.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bmy77 platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal means.

12.4. Game Dispute Procedures: Disputes relating to specific game outcomes or bet settlements must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. bmy77 will review all relevant game logs and server records to investigate the dispute. The decision of bmy77 on game-related disputes, following a thorough review, shall be final and binding, except in cases of demonstrable system error.

13. Amendments and Modifications

13.1. bmy77 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
